St. Louis teen arrested with stolen car in Montgomery County pleads guilty

A St. Louis teen arrested for an almost 30-mile police chase through mid-Missouri pleads guilty.

Jaylen Hubbard pleaded guilty last Friday to one count of second-degree tampering with a motor vehicle. He was sentenced to five days in the Callaway County Jail.
