ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The owner of a body shop on the Hill is helping victims of recent car break-ins, free of charge.
St. Louis Metropolitan Police say four cars were reported broken onto on Daggett Ave. on the Hill over Halloween weekend.
