ST. LOUIS – FOX 2 is hearing from a resident who said his cameras captured a man dumping cats in the alley of a south St. Louis neighborhood.
Tower Grove East neighbor Rob Day said he couldn’t believe what he’d just witnessed. Day said it happened around 2 p.m. Sunday in the alley behind his home on Pennsylvania Avenue.
He said he was taking out his trash as he noticed four cats running through the alley after a red sedan drove off. Three of them appeared to be fully declawed…
