KINLOCH, Mo. – Illegal trash dumping has been an issue the city of Kinloch has battled for some time.
On Thursday, leaders from the city, county and Urban League came together to pick up the trash, as well as send criminals a warning.
“We are a landowner in Kinloch,” said St. Louis Mayor Cara Spencer. “The city of St. Louis owns quite a bit of property here. We take that responsibility seriously and we want to be a good partner.”…
