ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Andrew Thomas said he had just gotten back from running errands Saturday afternoon when he arrived at the West Pine Apartments.
“I was just in the lobby about 4 o’clock and a flurry of gunshots went off,” he recalled. “Someone immediately ran out, they were carrying a gun, they had a bullet wound in their gut and they ran off outside.”
