St. Louis Police Arrest 19-Year-Old Suspect Charged with First-Degree Murder in Carondelet Neighborhood Shooting

A quiet November afternoon in the Carondelet neighborhood of St. Louis City was disrupted by the crack of gunfire, leaving a community to grapple with the aftermath of an unexpected death.
