Ferguson Police see rise in pedestrians hit by cars

FERGUSON, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The Ferguson Police Department is raising concerns about the number of people hit by cars in North St. Louis County.

Police said a lack of street lighting on some roads, pedestrians wearing dark clothes and people not using crosswalks all contribute to the rising problem.
