UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. – A suspect used a bed frame rail to beat a man to death Monday in University City, police say.
The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has charged Mikhail Tsukerman, 60, with second-degree murder and armed criminal action in connection with the victim’s death Monday at a University City apartment complex.
