UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. – Charges have been filed in a weekend double shooting in University City that claimed one person’s life.
According to a statement from the University City Police Department, the shooting happened just before 7:15 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 23, in the 6600 block of Etzel Avenue.
