ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – Firefighters raced to put out a small fire Thursday afternoon when a carport went ablaze during a turkey frying accident in Missouri.
The fire happened just after 2:45 p.m. in the 2300 block of Ritter Avenue in the St. Louis area, according to the West Overland Fire Protection District.
No injuries were reported.
