A viewer contacted 5 On Your Side Saturday morning about the wait time for MetroLink riders as temperatures remained below freezing and the snow filled the streets of St. Louis. The viewer said a rider had been waiting for two hours and then was told they were no longer accepting riders.
5 On Your Side contacted Metro Transit for a statement, and, despite the weather, they said they are not closing their transit services.
