St. Louis, Mo. (KFMO) – A Festus man is facing several serious charges after being taken into custody late Wednesday.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s online arrest reports, 35-year-old Ashton Givens of Festus was arrested on December 3, 2025, in Jefferson County. Givens was taken into custody by the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department on allegations including a weapon offense, possession of a weapon, obstruction, and possession of dangerous drugs.
