EDWARDSVILLE — Two Florida men were charged Wednesday with using a scanning device to read credit card information in Glen Carbon.
The two, a 31-year-old Riverview, Florida resident and a 29-year-old Brandon, Florida resident, were each charged Dec. 3 with unlawful use of a scanning device, both Class 4 felonies.
