ST. LOUIS – Anheuser-Busch is set to acquire a majority stake in Beatbox, a ready-to-drink beverage brand known for its fruit-flavored “Party Punch” lineup.
A-B announced plans on Friday to acquire 85% of BeatBox for $490 million with a path to full ownership after five years, according to a news release.
