ST. LOUIS — A person involved in a crash on I-70 was struck and killed after getting out of their car after the initial crash, according to Missouri State Highway Parol spokesperson Sergeant Dallas Thompson.
The two crashes happened shortly after midnight on eastbound I-70 between the Bermuda Drive and Lucas and Hunt Road exits.
