EDWARDSVILLE — Criminal cases in both Madison and St. Clair counties against business owner Zachariah Yinger continue to work their way through the system.
Yinger was indicted Oct. 2 by a Madison County grand jury over the sale of nitrous oxide at his Collinsville business Studio 420, and he was indicted the next day in St. Clair County for the sale of similar products in his Fairview Heights store High Life.
