ST. CHARLES, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Single-digit temperatures can bring a familiar set of winter car issues to the surface, from dead batteries to low tire pressure warnings.
Greg Damon, general manager at Sparks Tire & Auto in St. Charles, said battery replacements typically ramp up when St. Louis swings from extreme heat to bitter cold.
