ST. LOUIS — Two men are accused of gunning down a man last month in the Dutchtown neighborhood. He was sitting in his car with his girlfriend when the shooting happened.
Friday, prosecutors charged Solomon Rasas, 20, and Kavion Couch, 19, with first-degree murder. The men are also charged with armed criminal action, first-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
