ST. LOUIS – The dangerously cold temperatures and brutal wind chills expected this weekend have health professionals raising safety concerns about being outside.
The message from doctors is pretty straightforward: Bundle up if you’re going to be outside this weekend and try not to leave parts of your skin exposed to the dangerous cold weather.
