ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A man has been arrested after police say he became enraged at a restaurant and started damaging property, as well as striking another man with a chair.
According to a probable cause statement, Lawrence Johnson, 55, is facing two counts of assault and one count of property damage after he was arrested on Thursday, December 11 in St. Louis County.
