CAHOKIA HEIGHTS, Ill. – A 54-year-old man has been charged in connection with the double homicide in Cahokia Heights that happened last week.
Court records say St. Clair County State’s Attorneys charged Shawn Williams, of Belleville, Illinois, with two counts of murder.
