METRO EAST, Il. (First Alert 4) – The Tyler Timmins Memorial Foundation surprised people at gas stations in Illinois on Thursday with free gas.
Linsey Timmins, and the foundation honoring her late husband, Pontoon Beach Police Officer Tyler Timmins, spent $5,000 to give people at the pumps free gas.
