ST. LOUIS – The St. Louis Development Corporation approved a plan Thursday to build at least 10 modular homes in one north St. Louis neighborhood damaged by the May 16 tornado.
The SLDC Board of Directors formally approved a resolution that authorizes St. Louis-based construction group Module Building Systems to build modular housing on vacant properties owned by two St. Louis city boards: The Land Reutilization Authority and the Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority.
