EDWARDSVILLE – Three people were charged with multiple felony theft and retail theft charges stemming from a series of incidents at the Alton Kohl’s store.
A 30-year-old Cahokia Heights woman, a 27-year-old Cahokia woman and a 25-year-old Granite City woman were all charged Dec. 16 with multiple counts of theft and retail theft, all from the same store.
