CAHOKIA HEIGHTS, Ill. – A church was left damaged in a Cahokia Heights fire late Sunday night into early Monday morning.
The fire broke out at St. Luke Christian Center on Nelson Avenue just before midnight and the high winds carried the flames to brush behind the building, official said.
Several metro water tankers had to be brought in as there were no fire hydrants nearby…
