ST. LOUIS — A franchisee of Sparkle Grooming Co., an Arizona-based dog grooming business, is seeking sites for two St. Louis-area locations.
The locations will be owned and operated by Roberto and Dana Garcia, who are looking for leased space for salons to serve the Brentwood, Webster Groves, Kirkwood and Sunset Hills areas.
