FLORISSANT, Mo. – A St. Louis County man is facing serious charges after he is accused of shooting a vape store employee during a robbery in Florissant.
According to the Florissant Police Department, the shooting happened around 10:45 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 29, at Huff Vape & Tobacco, located at 739 N. Highway 67. Authorities say 21-year-old Cartez Harvey entered the shop, armed with a gun.
