ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Sally Drago said she was at the West County Center with her daughter for shopping and dinner Monday night when their quality time was derailed by some unsettling incidents.
“We got I’d say five feet away from the car, this other car comes out of nowhere comes barreling out of nowhere and comes up, pulls up right next to us,” Drago said.
