ST. LOUIS — Three Saint Louis Public Schools reopened Monday, seven months after the May tornado tore through the city.
Teachers and staff welcomed students back into classrooms at Yeatman-Liddell Middle School, Washington Montessori Elementary School and Beaumont High School.
