Lake St. Louis man charged in City Museum burglary

ST. LOUIS — A Lake St. Louis man was charged in connection with a burglary at the City Museum in November.

According to a probable cause statement from the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department (SLMPD), the incident occurred Nov. 10 at the City Museum, located on the 700 block of North 16th Street in downtown St. Louis.

Police said surveillance footage showed five individuals forcing their way inside the City Museum while it was closed. One of them, Riley Snider, 23, was identified by a witness and could be seen on video pulling on several doors to gain entry, causing more than $10,000 in damage.
