‘Get us some help’: Seniors decry living conditions at St. Louis apartment complex

ST. LOUIS — A group of angry senior citizens who reside in a north St. Louis apartment complex owned by the city are upset over what they claim are unsafe, unsanitary and unhealthy conditions.
