More than a month after city plow driver totals resident’s car, she’s still waiting on reimbursement

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A father and daughter are still waiting to be reimbursed by the city after police said a St. Louis City plow driver crashed into her vehicle in late November.

The crash happened on Jamieson Avenue in the St. Louis Hills neighborhood on Saturday, Nov. 29. Victim Heather Mudd said she heard a loud boom and then got a knock on her door.
