ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – The St. Louis Fire Department is responding to a fire in North City early Monday morning.
According to Fire Chief Dennis Jenkerson, the fire at Maffitt and North Vandeventer was caused by hoarding conditions inside of the home.
