La Pâtisserie STL will reopen on Feb. 1 as La Pâtisserie Paris, inviting guests to savor a renewed vision of French tearoom charm. Nestled in the lower level at 524 S. Main St. in St. Charles, the newly reimagined space offers a French-inspired retreat where elegance, artistry and community come together. Guests can expect an experience designed to slow time, from carefully curated pastries and delicate teas to thoughtfully arranged décor that evokes the charm of a Parisian tea salon.

More than a simple rebranding, this transformation reflects a continuation of a beloved story honoring the legacy of founder Kitt Villasis-Corbin, whose international culinary training and inventive approach to French- and Asian-inspired pastries set a new standard for the region. With the trust and guidance of Villasis-Corbin, owner Natacha Douglas – who also owns French Creperie and La Vie Vegan Bistro – now steps into this next chapter, blending her own French heritage and hospitality with the artistry and care that have long defined the space.
