Man arrested after threats to Brentwood YMCA prompt lockdown

BRENTWOOD, Mo. – A man accused of making threats toward the Mid-County Family YMCA in Brentwood earlier this week, prompting a brief lockdown at the site’s early childhood center, has been arrested and charged, according to court documents.

The St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has charged Justin Reese, 44, with one felony offense of first-degree making a terrorist threat.
