St. Louisan Barry Shelton passed away at 79 last February, and his family hosted a funeral days after yet kept the book open. It needed an epilogue – a celebration of life planned over a few months by the thoughtful Sineta Bailey.
Her business, Sineta Marie Events, is based in the St. Louis area and often designs baby showers, birthday parties, and other milestone events.
