Man sentenced for St. Louis County murder dies at Potosi Correctional Center

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – An inmate from the Potosi Correctional Center died last week.

The Missouri Department of Corrections said that Willie Crenshaw died on Jan. 14 at 1:14 p.m.

The 65-year-old was serving a life sentence without parole for first-degree murder in St. Louis County and violence to an employee of the Department of Corrections or to an inmate by an inmate from Callaway County. Crenshaw had been with the Department of Corrections since Sept. 22, 2000…
