Man stabbed outside St. Patrick Center over teddy bear

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – A man was stabbed outside the St. Patrick Center in the City of St. Louis over a teddy bear.

According to charging documents, the victim was on the patio of the St. Patrick Center in the 800 block of North Tucker when the suspect, identified as Antwon Baldwin, approached him and demanded the stuffed animal on Friday. When the victim refused to give Baldwin the teddy bear, the suspect reportedly pulled out a knife, stabbed him and then ran off with the teddy bear.

When Baldwin, 48, was later arrested, officers found the stolen teddy bear. Police said the stabbing was caught on St. Patrick Center security videos…
