ST. LOUIS – City crews have been responding nonstop for close to two days straight during this winter storm.
“St. Louis hasn’t see a winter weather system like this since the 1980s. Even last year’s notorious snowstorm can’t compare to the weather that we’re experiencing this weekend,” Mayor Cara Spencer said during a ride-along of one of the plow crews.
