ST. LOUIS — A man has been charged in connection with a police chase that ended in a crash that left two St. Louis officers injured and two suspects killed Friday afternoon near Interstates 170 and 64.
According to the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, 22-year-old Terrell Jackson of Florissant was charged with two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of second-degree assault on a special victim and aggravated fleeing a stop or detention resulting in death. He was being held on a $1 million cash-only bond.
On Friday afternoon, St. Louis police attempted to stop a vehicle in connection with a drug offense. When the driver didn’t stop the vehicle, a police chase began.
