ST. LOUIS — The Saint Louis Chess Club said a new restaurant that’s part of its recent expansion to a 30,000-square-foot campus in the Central West End will open this spring.
Called The Noble Crown, the restaurant “will offer elevated American favorites in a space thoughtfully designed with subtle nods to the strategy and beauty of chess,” the organization said Friday in a social media post.
The “chess-inspired dining experience” is in partnership with St. Louis restaurateur Kevin Brennan’s Noble Concessions, according to the post. In the CWE, Brennan also owns Brennan’s restaurant, bar and cigar lounge at 316 N. Euclid Ave. and Maryland House restaurant, bar and event space at 44 Maryland Plaza…
