ST. LOUIS – Homicide detectives with the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department are investing a fatal shooting that happened inside a Soulard restaurant Monday afternoon.
According to a police spokesperson, the shooting happened around 1 p.m. at the 8th Street Restaurant, located in the 1500 block of South Eighth Street.
Officers arrived at the restaurant and found the victim, Christopher Frye-Pleasant, suffering from gunshot wounds.
