ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) -A man is in custody after being found to have been charged with a homicide in California.
According to court records, Marjee Daniel Martin, 18, is being charged with homicide in California and being a fugitive from out of state in St. Louis.
He remains at the St. Louis City Justice Center for a period of 30 days, after which he’ll be extradited to California…
