RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Mo. – A water main break outside of the Dillard’s store at the Saint Louis Galleria flooded a large portion of the parking lot by the main entrance to the popular St. Louis County mall, forcing an hours-long cleanup.
Witnesses said the water main break happened around noon Tuesday. Videos of the pipe burst show a massive amount of water being dumped onto the sidewalk area near the entrance and into the parking lot.
