ST. LOUIS — A 19-year-old man was charged with first-degree murder last week in connection with a fatal Nov. 25 shooting.
Marquise Porter was charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action for his alleged role in the shooting death of 46-year-old Damien Webb.
