Water main break in St. Louis causes icy road chaos

ST. LOUIS – A street is covered in ice Monday morning following a water main break in south St. Louis.

The water main break occurred Sunday morning on Arsenal Street and Tamm Avenue near the city’s Clifton Heights neighborhood. The frigid temperatures caused the water to form into ice, leaving multiple vehicles frozen and unable to move.
