ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis Circuit Court judge signed an arrest warrant for a man suspected of abandoning and torching a body along the riverfront.
The body of LaToya Smith was discovered on Jan. 2 in a grassy area just off the St. Louis Riverfront Trail in the 100 block of Humboldt Avenue.
