ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – The Webster Groves city manager is resigning from her position, according to officials.
Webster Groves Mayor Laura Arnold said Tuesday evening at the city council meeting that City Manager Marie Peoples had submitted her letter of resignation earlier in the day.
