Jury convicts man for killing during 2022 drug deal

ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — Following a six-day trial, a jury on Monday convicted 23-year-old Joshua Grace of second-degree murder and armed criminal action in connection with the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Ra’hmello Stewart.

The deadly shooting happened at about 1:30 a.m. on Sept. 29, 2022, at the Spanish Cove apartment complex in Florissant, St. Louis County police said. Prosecutors said Grace shot Stewart in the back of the head in his own home during a drug deal.
