Officers arrested the suspect at the scene, and he faces a felony weapons charge. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Ferguson officers reported they were called to the Dadebridge Avenue home following a disturbance after dispatchers received a report of an argument over personal matters. According to the department, the suspect left the residence during the dispute, then returned with a firearm, racked the slide, and allegedly threatened the victim before pointing the gun. Investigators say the victim fled the home and then let officers inside. Police say a search of a nearby bedroom recovered an AR-style rifle, which the victim identified as the weapon used in the incident. The arresting officer is listed as PO Woodard, DSN0752, according to a Facebook post from the department.
